Today, Governor David Ige announced that the interisland travel quarantine for Hawaiʻi residents will be lifted on Tuesday, June 16. He says that lifting the interisland travel quarantine will allow families to reconnect with each other and help in reopening our State’s economy.
Governor Ige will also announce a target date next week on when trans-Pacific can reopen.
Interisland travelers will face temperature screenings at airports and a new travel form that will be “critical to help us manage infection and implementing a more robust contact tracing program.
